When reporting a wrong result, include the URL of the result page and the time (UTC) — every page shows exactly what each region saw, which makes it easy to investigate.

Site owners: our probes identify themselves with the user agent IsItDownOrMe-Bot/1.0 (+https://isitdownorme.com/bot). We request only the front page of a domain, at most once every two minutes for monitored services. If you want us to stop checking your site, email us and we will remove it.
