Privacy policy

What we collect

Domains you check. The hostname you type is sent to our servers so we can test it. We keep aggregate counts of popular checks; we do not link checks to you.
Problem reports. When you click a report button we store the report type, the time, your approximate country/city (from standard request headers) and a salted one-way hash of your IP address used only to rate-limit duplicate reports. The raw IP is not stored.
Server logs. Our hosting providers (Vercel, and our own server) keep standard short-lived request logs for security and debugging.
Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites.

The site works without cookies and sets none for tracking.

Monitoring results are kept for 90 days. Problem reports are shown for 24 hours and kept for up to 90 days in aggregate form.

We do not sell or share personal data. Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare for DNS, our server host) process data only to run the service.
