We request aws.amazon.com every two minutes from servers in Dallas, Washington DC, Frankfurt and Singapore and record the HTTP status, response time, DNS and TLS details. An outage is declared when most regions fail for two consecutive rounds.

Hard-refresh the page, try another network (mobile data vs Wi-Fi), switch DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and flush your DNS cache, and check whether a VPN, firewall or parental control is blocking the site.
